Shipping policy
Small Parcel:
Once we receive your order, you can expect delivery to most addresses in the continental USA in 1-5 business days via ground delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes, so please provide a street address. We do NOT ship outside of the US at this time.
Large LTL Curbside Residential Deliveries: This would be a palletized shipment that would include multiple items that might include grills, fire features, and Outdoor Kitchens. We estimate that these types of orders will be ready to ships in 3-5 days. It is important for you to know that if you have ordered an outdoor Kitchen you will have to remove it from the crate and move it yourself to the desired position in your yard. Equipment orders that are palletized will also need to be moved from the curbside delivery location and moved to your garage or backyard as you desire by you. Please note that the “Curbside Delivery Service” will leave your shipment at the “first dry area,” typically the end of your driveway.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. For Curbside Deliveries, please carefully inspect all shipping containers for damage before the carrier leaves your premises. If there is visible damage, the items in damaged containers should be uncrated or unboxed before the carrier leaves your premises. Any damage to containers and items should be noted in writing on the delivery receipt before signing it. For UPS and FedEx deliveries, you must notify us of any shipping damages within two (2) business days of receipt, and you must keep the packaging for inspection by the carrier. We strongly suggest you take photos of the damage and include that with your communications to us. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond two (2) days from receipt.
